Pesto Shrimp

 

2 pounds Shrmp deveined and peeled

1 cup basil

1/4 cup pistashios

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1-2 large garlic cloves crushed

1 lemon juices

1/2 cup olive oil

2 pinches of red pepper flakes

 

Comibine all the ingredients except Shrimp and olive oil in a mini food processor. Chop until combined- slowly add olive oil until it becomes a paste then rub all over the shrimp.  Preheat your oven to 375 and place shrimp on an ungreased cookie sheet and roast until done aboiut 10 minutes
